Friendly and good value service. Perhaps just a little too optimistic with how quickly they can get out to the customer which has resulted in some chasing. I would prefer a date a week in the future rather than promising a next day service and not getting it, however I continue to use them as nice to support local businesses and all my appliances have been repaired rather than pushed to be replaced saving me money.
